OUR FOUNDER’S STORY
A Legacy Built on Love, Purpose, and Family
Little Journey Early Learning Center™ was created from a mother’s love, a passion for early education, and a desire to create something greater for children and families.
When founder Ms. Iesha Livingston began searching for a high-quality childcare program for her daughter, Wynter, she experienced a challenge many families face—the desire to find a place where children are not only cared for, but truly known, nurtured, inspired, and prepared for the future. Instead of settling, Ms. Iesha created the solution.
What began as a vision to provide exceptional early learning experiences grew into a community built on love, excellence, family, and purpose.
As a mother of two beautiful children, Wynter and August, Ms. Iesha understands firsthand the hopes and dreams families carry for their children. Her own journey through motherhood became the inspiration behind creating a place where children feel safe to explore, confident to learn, and supported as they grow.
Her passion for literacy and early education became even stronger after watching her own child navigate reading challenges. Seeing the importance of early academic support inspired her mission: to ensure every child has access to the tools, encouragement, and opportunities needed to become confident learners.
